Honey · Time · Two makers

Made by two.
Made to be shared.

Traditional and flavored meads, handcrafted in small batches with honest ingredients and more patience than most people have.

The simple idea

Two people.
One shared obsession.
A whole lot of honey.

Mead is old. Our take is alive. We honor the traditional pour, then follow flavor wherever it gets interesting.

What we make

One ancient drink.
Two paths.

Our meads move between the clarity of honey-forward tradition and the playful character of fruit, spice, herbs, and season.

01

Traditional

Honey takes the lead. Clean, expressive, and unhurried—made to reveal what a carefully chosen honey can become.

Flavored

Fruit, spice, florals, and bold ideas layered around the honey—not over it. Familiar flavors with a meadmaker’s twist.

Pure Honey

Golden, floral, and quietly complex. The oldest recipe is still one of the most surprising.

Our story

Not a factory.
A partnership.

Two30 Meadery is two people doing the work: choosing the honey, building the recipes, watching the ferment, tasting the changes, and deciding when a batch is ready.

We make mead because it sits in a rare place—ancient but still wide open. A traditional batch can be beautifully simple. A flavored batch can go somewhere completely unexpected. We love both.

“We’re not trying to make everything. We’re trying to make every batch matter.”

The craft

From flower
to glass.

Good mead needs very little theater. It needs excellent honey, thoughtful choices, clean work, and the discipline to let time do its part.

01

Choose

Start with honey that has a voice of its own.

02

Build

Shape the recipe around balance, not novelty.

03

Wait

Guide the fermentation and give it the time it asks for.

04

Share

Pour it, talk about it, and start imagining the next batch.
